What is Sparehood 7 day Return Policy?

An order can be cancelled before it is confirmed by Sparehood. Once the order is confirmed, a customer can raise a request for cancellation by contacting Sparehood. Orders which requires any kind of customization/alternation or orders which are placed on special request with prior confirmation from the buyer cannot be cancelled. In case such orders are cancelled, the buyer will bear the entire cost incurred by Sparehood and/or their supplier. Refund will be initiated to the buyer after necessary deductions.

How do I cancel my order?
Customer will have to Call us at — 8329705750 or send email to contact@sparehood.com and request for the order cancellation. If emailed, Customer Service Associate from Sparehood will get in touch with you as soon as possible, upon verification, they will assist you with order cancellation.

What’s the cancellation fee?
There are no cancellation fees if an order is cancelled before it’s confirmed by Sparehood.

Can Sparehood cancel my order?
Sparehood reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. If you have made payment , money will be refunded to your account within 3 working days from approval of the refund. Please note that it might take additional 3-7 working days for the money to reflect in your account, depending upon processing time of your bank.

The following EXCEPTIONS apply to this Return Policy
Limited stock items will not be replaced or returned. Any item that shows the sign of wear or use or if it is in a condition other than the way it was when it was delivered, it cannot be returned. Damaged or defective products should be returned in the condition they came in and should include all accessories with it. All products are quality checked before dispatching by Sparehood officials and thus we ensure all of them are in working condition. All items to be returned must be unused. Make sure that the article/s have the original tags and packaging intact. (for e.g. a pair of indicators must be packed in the original indicators box).Product/s with a seal will not be returned if the seal is broken. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well. Please make sure to take a proper video while unpacking the product as we can ask for the video when the customer claims for refund/return of the product. Please do not tamper the package as we know our packaging. Sparehood will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Sparehood would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the shopper in case you have purchased an item by mistake, the shopper has to bear the shipping cost in case of replacing/refund. Only damaged/defected items will replace/refund and approval of the same is subjected to the verification after arrival at the warehouse.

– Condition of packaging
– Damage to outer/inner packaging
– POD (Proof of Delivery)We encourage customers to check the condition of packaging at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage or signs of pilferage, please contact Sparehood. Also, put remarks on Courier POD

How will my money be refunded?
The money will be credited to the same account through which the order was initially placed, within 3-5 days after the returned product reaches our warehouse If customers choose to receive the refund in a different bank account, they will have to send an email with the details of the new account to contact@ sparehood.com .Please note that it might take additional 3-7 working days for the money to reflect in your account, depending upon processing time of your bank
